The Team
The Business Services team provides advice, support and guidance on a range of DECYP functions, including:
Procurement activitiesCo-location EOI processesContract managementElectricity, gas and water requirementsFleet managementWaste managementSite bushfire preparedness.
About The Role
Provide advice and high level administrative support across a range of Facility Services activities including procurement services, contract management, fleet, and other programs designed to support the achievement of Department and Branch objectives. Support the delivery of a client focussed service in providing advice to departmental stakeholders around Facility Services programs and services.

We are looking for
Essential
Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment
Desirable
A current driver’s licence Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or work experience in procurement, facilities management or a related discipline.
Please note: The cost associated with obtaining a RWVP is the responsibility of the individual.
