At RoomStay, we are on a mission to build the best-converting accommodation booking engine. Our platform is fully responsive and customisable, helping hotels, motels, resorts and holiday parks compete against digitally-sophisticated OTAs, skyrocketing conversion rates and direct bookings.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a new Client Delivery Manager to join our tight-knit team. The role works closely with our Founder and Head of Sales, with a remit across marketing, account management and delivery.
Your day to day area of responsibility will cover:
* Client renewals and retention
* Successful expansion of key accounts
* Identification and execution of upsell opportunities
* Delivery of critical product milestones in line with revenue goals
* Marketing & event project management, focused on a busy trade show calendar
The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate commercial priorities into clear delivery plans.
We're looking for you to bring these attributes:
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Experience in a SaaS business, ideally in the hotel/accommodation space
* Proven project management and delivery capability
* Ability to prioritise revenue-impacting work
* Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary: A$120,000.00-A$150,000.00
