Key responsibilities include managing job boards, utilizing applicant tracking systems, and crafting tailored advertisements to appeal to potential candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, familiarity with job boards and recruitment technology, and strong networking and relationship-building skills.
