About the Role
* Ensure prompt delivery of vehicles to clients, providing efficient and reliable service.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Assist in coordinating vehicle logistics, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
* Prepare vehicles for hire, including thorough detailing of both the interior and exterior.
* Support new client onboarding, ensuring they have all the necessary information and assistance.
* Experience the excitement of driving a variety of high-quality vehicles!
About You
* Valid Australian drivers license & willingness to travel locally (Essential).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a team-based environment.
* Ordinary hours vary between 7:00am-8:00pm Monday-Sunday with 8-hour shifts. Must have capacity to work a 40 hr work week.
