Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the delivery of commercial and infrastructure landscaping projects.
* Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets.
* Maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
* Providing accurate reporting and regular progress updates to senior management.
* SUPPORTING, mentoring, and leading site teams to drive strong performance and project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or Site Manager within landscaping, civil, or construction industries.
* Strong understanding of site operations, construction methodologies, and project delivery principles.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
* Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Current driver's license (company vehicle provided).
* Citizenship in Australia or New Zealand or permanent residency is required.
