Job Title: Front Office Manager ----------------------------------- Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel reception, developing and maintaining service procedures, and guaranteeing guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will also be an accredited IHG member with proficiency in MYOB, Word, and Excel. In this role, you will coordinate front office activities, resolve guest challenges, assign duties to staff members, and ensure adherence to hotel policies and operating procedures. You will also be responsible for greeting VIP guests, implementing customer relationships, and leading training sessions for front office personnel. Additionally, you will develop and maintain service procedures, ensure smooth operations, and complete safety and security checks for all guests, employees, and hotel property. Key Responsibilities:
