Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert legal advice and support across all stages of major infrastructure projects.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex contracts, ensuring that legal risks are identified and mitigated.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with project goals.
* Lead on contract management, advising on disputes, variations, and risk management strategies.
* Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure that all legal aspects of projects are in line with current legislation.


About You

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal counsel or related role, ideally within the infrastructure or construction sector.
* Expertise in contract law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
* A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Qualified to practice as a solicitor in Australia, with a current practising certificate.
