About the Role
The Choral Producer is responsible for sourcing and managing professional and semi-professional choirs for the Festival of Voices program and delivering the choral programming. This end-to-end producer role oversees everything from early artist engagement to event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with conductors, choral leaders and artistic collaborators to develop concerts, workshops and experiences
* Provide curatorial support to the Artistic Director on repertoire, concert theming and guest artist selection
* Work with the General Manager to develop and manage event budgets
* Coordinate logistics and technical requirements for choral events
* Collaborate with other choral producers across community, youth and school choir programs.

What We're Looking For
* A deep understanding of choral music and the needs of choristers, conductors and musicians
* Experience producing events and managing multiple projects at once
* Creative choral programming skills with a focus on artistic quality and audience appeal
* Strong financial literacy, including budgeting and forecasting
* Established relationships across the Australian and international choral sector
* Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
