Description:
This role involves utilising specialist skills and knowledge in the investigation of reports of unlawful activity on private properties throughout the local government area. The successful candidate will provide specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders, drawing on extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate reports of unlawful activity on private properties

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree qualification or advanced diploma in building surveying or a related discipline
* A current NSW Class C Drivers License or equivalent
* Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes and codes
* Experience in communicating complex issues clearly and credibly
* Experience in developing and implementing operational plans
* Experience in managing team operations
* Experience in synthesising information from multiple sources
* Experience in building a strong team
* Ability to actively manage politically sensitive issues
