Chas Kelly Transport is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in East Devonport.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
- Work with high volumes of transactional data accurately and efficiently.
- Inputting financial and accounting data into digital systems and accounting software.
- Performing basic bookkeeping duties.
- Assisting with and processing accounts.
- Managing financial records and supporting the administration team with day-to-day operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- A strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and complete work deadlines
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Good organisational and administrative skills: to manage financial records effectively.
