With the flexibility to work from nib Offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Newcastle, you are part of the nib International Partnerships team, working in collaboration with the National Head of Sales across a varied portfolio of major strategic partners across white label, brokerage and online channels.
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager for nib Travel, you will ensure strong strategic and commercial engagement across a portfolio of key strategic and white label partners.
You will be responsible for driving major initiatives as well as ensuring all internal and external stake holders adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
More specifically you will:
- Support strategic partners in the delivery of the annual business plan and performance budgets- Support retail agency networks to deliver and drive effective growth across nib Travel business- Provide monthly reporting and analysis to key partners on total portfolio performance and market conditions that may positively or adversely affect the partnership- Support in the planning of new product ideas, technology enhancements, marketing activities and strategic initiatives to meet partner needs- Preparation of key partner Quarterly reviews, performance meetings or joint monthly meetings in addition to other formal review documents as required

You consider yourself as a self-motivated individual with a willingness to challenge the status quo coupled with proven experience in driving sales growth.
Ideally you will possess a relevant tertiary qualification coupled with and the ability to foster collaboration across internal stakeholders and partners. Furthermore you will have:
- Strong commercial awareness- Exposure to managing budgets and forecasts- Highly effective communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks based on importance- Proven analytical and reporting capabilities- Strong, existing network within Australian retail travel industry
