About the role
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join a high‐performing, globally distributed engineering team. You'll be working on a critical financial calculation middleware platform that processes premium allocations, brokerage revenue, and tax calculations across multiple applications worldwide.

What you'll be doing
* Build and maintain a core .NET calculation engine serving as middleware for multiple enterprise applications
* Use Claude Code daily to write, review, and refactor .NET code; AI‐assisted development is core to this workflow
* Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs and integrate with third‐party SOAP/XML & JSON tax services
* Collaborate with a distributed team spanning APAC, USA, and Europe
* Deploy and maintain APIs in Azure in partnership with the DevOps team
* Serve as Level 3 escalation support for production issues
* Write unit tests and maintain automation test suites
What we need
* 8+ years of commercial .NET / C# development experience
* 1+ year of hands‐on experience using Claude Code in a qualified setting
* Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
* 3+ years of integration experience including messaging and event‐driven architectures
* Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including stored procedures and query optimisation
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) and GitHub
