Reporting through to the Sales Operations Manager, this role will see you support the Australia & New Zealand Healthcare business with administration, coordination, and maintenance of all tenders; in addition, you will deal with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
**The Tender Coordinator is responsible for a range of duties including**:
- Prepare & lodge tender submissions in accordance with RFT guidelines.
- Manage implementation of new contracts & manage ongoing reporting for successful tenders.
- Coordinate all tender submissions working with relevant departments and managing submission deadlines
- Utilise supplier catalogues, on-line databases, and other appropriate resources to cross reference products to meet customer quoting requirements. Makes suggestions for alternative products when items are not readily available.
- Oversee all administrative tasks to manage successful lodgements
- Manage existing contracts to ensure KPIs and contractual obligations are met for the duration of those contracts.
- Liaise with the commercial teams to ensure transparency on your activities with the customer and communicate any action or follow up required.
**About you**:
- Experience in a similar position - ideally contracts and/or coordination experience
- Ability to navigate complex customer and contract documents
- Ability to understand financial analysis and reports
- High level of written and verbal communication and ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and word document compilation, with an ability to write proposals
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
