We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional at our hearing clinic in Tuart Hill (WA).
You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client facing role. Full training and ongoing support provided.
This is a permanent role, working 3-5 days per week on a fixed roster between Monday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

What will you be doing?
1. Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
2. Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
3. Providing administrative support to our Clinician
4. Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
5. Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
6. Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
7. Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
What do you need to be successful in this role?
8. Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role
9. A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
10. Great communication and active listening skills
11. Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills
13. Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
14. Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
15. Intermediate computer skills
16. An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
