About the role:
* We are seeking a dynamic real estate sales professional to join our team at Noosa, Coolum & Marcoola.
As a full-time real estate sales professional, you will help clients buy, sell and invest in the prestigious Noosa, Coolum and Marcoola property markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate high-quality sales leads through prospecting, networking and digital marketing
* Conduct market research and prepare property appraisals for potential vendors
* Organise and host engaging property inspections and open homes
* Negotiate and finalise sales contracts on behalf of clients
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to buyers and sellers
* Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven track record in residential real estate sales or transferable skills from alternate industries
* Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent market knowledge of the Noosa, Coolum and Marcoola property landscapes
* A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Relevant real estate qualifications and a current real estate sales certificate
