**Account Manager, **we are seeking an individual to focus on managing and maintaining existing clients.

With the key requirement to ensure that all of their loyal clients and provided with the highest level of customer service, this role calls for flexibility, superior attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible servicing clients & nurturing relationships
- Assisting clients to get the most out of the system with online and onsite training
- Train clients in the effective use of software
- Attend Sales Meetings as requested.
- Achieving & surpassing the minimum monthly sales targets
- Attend conferences, awards nights, networking functions etc. as required.
- Create & conduct effective proposal presentations.
- Ongoing client management
- Diary management and organise appointments
- Real Estate experience is essential
- Experience in Property Management/New Business or Residential Sales
- A Valid Drivers Licence
- People skills and ability to build relationships
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- A desire to take control of your department and think outside the box
