Property Management Solutions Specialist
About the Role
This role is pivotal in supporting our high-performing national property management team with training, onboarding and systems support. You will work closely with leadership and team leads to ensure seamless platform adoption, improve internal processes and support national growth.
* Deliver engaging onboarding and systems training across the PM team
* Identify and implement improvements in tech platforms and internal processes
* Act as the go-to for property management tools and platforms
* Build out training content and intranet resources to support internal education
* Report on platform usage and recommend efficiencies to senior leaders
* Collaborate with state-based GMs and team leaders to enhance the new starter experience
* Maintain data integrity across platforms and internal systems
* Assist with compliance resources, risk protocols and team support as needed
Requirements
* Background in property management, operations, training or internal support
* Experience using Property Tree, PropertyMe or similar platforms
* Passion for systems, process improvement and tech adoption
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team
* Experience building or delivering training content is highly regarded
* Exposure to onboarding, rent roll transitions or business integration a bonus
