Australia melbourne permanent geelong/wfh, great team, attractive $$This large, complex government body is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager for their Enterprise Change Management Practice to establish and lead delivery of change management initiatives across large programs of work, helping to ensure that changes driven by technology, processes, operating model, corporate strategy and government directives are successfully integrated across the organisation.

**Key accountabilities**
- Initiate, identify and lead the creation of end-to-end change management strategies and plans where change management activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the lifecycle of large projects and significant programs
- Initiate and lead change impact assessments for large projects and significant programs across the enterprise
- Develop, present and execute fit-for-purpose end to end change activities and artefacts to enable the success of large projects
- Document change impact assessment outcomes, to determine the scale of change and associated business readiness activities required for successful change
- Work collaboratively with the Change Team to ensure consistency of service in alignment with the change framework and methodology
- Develop and drive key messages for communication planning, liaising with communication teams to ensure a coordinated communication approach across internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with training teams, ensure training needs analysis, material design and delivery approach is consistent with business and stakeholder

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience and success in a similar role developing and implementing effective change management plans for large projects and significant programs
- Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgement, discretion and awareness in dealing with senior and executive stakeholders representing diverse interests and agendas
- Ability to engage with, lead and influence senior and executive level stakeholders and multi-disciplinary team members within a complex matrix environment to deliver effective organisational change outcomes
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills
- Change Management Certification (Prosci preferred) highly regarded
