Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Operations
* Manage Tourism Central Australia's financial and commercial systems
* Analyze financial statements and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Maintain compliance with financial regulations and governance policies
* Experience in working with XERO
Risk & Compliance
* Develop and maintain risk management strategies
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
* Support board meetings with financial reporting and analysis
* Maintain corporate financial records
Strategic Financial Leadership
* Provide financial insights to support organizational decision-making
* Align financial strategies with organizational goals
* Support operational excellence across TCA's three Visitor Information Centres
* Collaborate with management on financial planning and resource allocation
