Are you an organised, adaptable, and passionate person? We have a new opening in the team for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is critical for supporting the employee lifecycle, and wants to be immersed in a business where people are the first priority
As GemLife continues its exciting journey as a newly listed ASX company, our People & Culture team is growing too No two days are the same in our department and we're looking for someone with experience in a similar position who's ready for a new rewarding challenge.
What does a day in this role look like?
* Entering employee data in HR & Payroll systems
* Assisting with recruitment
* HR administration and compliance
* Organising company events within our head office and for site staff
* Onboarding new starters and creating a seamless process as they join GemLife
* Supporting the other roles in the team as required
* Drafting contracts
* Ordering staff uniforms
* Being the first point of contact for employee queries
We're looking for:
* Experience working with a HR team
* A people person who enjoys building relationships
* Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
* Excellent administration skills and has an eye for detail
* Experience within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential
