Job Coach
A job coach is responsible for guiding clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. As a job coach, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.
In this role, you may be involved in building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients; reverse marketing clients to employers; placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes; creating and nurturing relationships with community stakeholders to build our clientele; encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment; ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Conditions:
This is an on-site position, working in a variety of locations across northern NSW. You will be required to travel to different locations to meet with clients and employers, and to attend meetings and training sessions. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to different locations as required and will have access to a reliable vehicle.
