The Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to manage the end-to-end AP function for a high-volume, multi-entity Australian wide business in the industrial sector. This role offers flexibility (hybrid model), and the chance to contribute to a rapidly growing organization .
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end AP processing (high volume, multi-entity).
* Accurate invoice matching, coding, and workflow management .
* Managing the AP inbox and resolving queries .
* Supplier statement reconciliations and discrepancy investigation.
* Preparing weekly/monthly payment runs .
* Supporting month-end accruals and reporting.
* Assisting with process improvements/automation .
You Bring
* Previous full-function AP experience is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
* Experience with large ERP systems (advantageous).
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
