The role involves working as part of a team to deliver compliance activities and enforce relevant legislation within the point-to-point transport industry.
Based in Dubbo, you will be working with industry stakeholders to ensure compliance and implement activity plans in partnership with other enforcement agencies.
This position has a focus on the Dubbo region but may involve travel throughout NSW for varying durations to undertake inspections ensuring adherence to relevant legislation.
You will work closely with a team member to achieve objectives and will have opportunities to develop your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution.
This is a temporary opportunity that requires excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including the public, drivers, and service providers.
As a regulatory professional, you will bring your ability to produce high-quality evidence-based reports leading to the identification of non-compliance and recommendations.
