Financial Assistance Consultant Role
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Assistance Consultant. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to empathise and understand customers' changes in circumstance, whilst providing solutions that support the customer in alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
About the Role:
* This is a customer-facing role where you will be advocating for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.
* You will log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
* You must have a service orientation, actively seeking and developing strategies to help key stakeholders.
* Resilience is crucial, being able to bounce back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adapting to change.
* Prioritisation skills are essential, comparing and ranking the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
