You will work closely with our Maintenance Supervisor and Operations Manager to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical work across Wellcamp Business Park including major projects over the coming years.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise electricians and apprentices
Maintain HV/LV infrastructure airport systems and industrial equipment
Coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage materials and stock
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Australian Electrical Standards
Competitive hourly rate, company vehicle, and job stability
Hands-on variety across infrastructure, airport, and industrial systems
Qualifications
Current QLD Electrical Mechanic Licence
Cert III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent)
Construction White Card
Current Drivers Licence
Experience across HV Maintenance, industrial, or infrastructure systems
Proven leadership ability with a focus on safety and team development
Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn and grow
