**Role Overview**
Casual staff are sought for a customer-focused role to enhance and support youth club operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to member enquiries and provide information on available services.
* Prepare point of sale devices and perform some office administration tasks.
* Upsell and cross-sell PCYC products and services.
Requirements:**
* Minimum 12 months experience working in customer service or sales.
* Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation (nice to have).
