Job Opportunity:
G4S provides security for a major energy provider ensuring a safe and hazard-free environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the immediate safety and security of premises and all people on the premises.
* Patrol large areas to ensure compliance with company policies.
* Respond to emergencies as part of an Initial Response Team and assist paramedics.
* Provide surveillance and de-escalate incidents by using negotiation skills.
* Perform drug and alcohol tests to maintain a secure environment.
* Assist clients' staff, visitors, and contractors providing exceptional customer service.
* Ensure facility security systems are up-to-date and services are compliant.
* Submit detailed reports on safety and security hazards or breaches.
Candidates must live locally in Karratha, hold a Western Australian Driver's Licence, a Western Australian Security License - Static Guard/Crowd Control and a Certificate II Security Operations. A recent CPR certificate is also required.

As a Facility Security Officer, you will be working independently but also as part of a team. Your role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will work closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive and effective security operation.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, being able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
