You will be a member of the team which is responsible for delivering Open Banking and Digital Identity solutions to enable the Group to provide data-driven personalised experiences and insights that improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. Do work that matters: The Open Data & Identity crew is responsible for delivering Open Banking and Digital Identity solutions which enable Accredited Data Recipients and Relying Parties to provide personalised data-driven experiences and insights to consumers and businesses. The team is also responsible for identifying and responding to emerging areas of policy or regulatory changes related to open data and identity. Key objectives You will be part of the Open Data & Identity team, supporting all squads in the Open Banking Crew to meet the following objectives: Compliance for Open Banking (Consumer Data Right Rules, Standards, Privacy Safeguards) and Digital ID (ConnectID Scheme Rules, Australian Government Digital Identity System) Contribute to advocacy and regulatory engagement deliverables and communications. Optimise product data analytics and insights for measuring product performance. Develop and optimise CBA Group business and technical processes to achieve customer-centric and sustainable compliance. Manage initiatives with business and technical stakeholders to ensure safe data sharing to and from third parties to power new experiences. Contribute to Open Data strategy initiatives, including research, management papers and workshops. This role reports to the Executive Manager, Open Data and Identity Crew. Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Manager, Open Data and Identity Crew in the delivery of regulatory initiatives required under the Consumer Data Right (CDR) legislation and Consumer Data Standards. Lead and execute multiple prioritised initiatives to achieve business outcomes in collaboration with business and technical teams. Identify, develop and drive product and process development opportunities that are customer centric, reduce risk and improve productivity in the crew. Prepare and uplift Crew documentation, including Standard Operating Processes. Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key technical stakeholders across frontline, technology, risk and operations. Contribute to assessment of dependencies and associated risk and compliance implications of requirements and solutions. More specifically, you will: Support the Open Banking program to deliver the business objectives and benefits of the strategic opportunities enabled by CDR as a Business Owner SM Business Owner Open Banking, responsible for the execution of compliance & strategic objectives in collaboration with the Digital Operations and Technology team Work with stakeholders across the Group to identify opportunities to leverage CDR data and CBA data sharing infrastructure Liaise with a wider stakeholder group across the Group and suppliers & partners externally to ensure alignment across initiatives and ensure we optimize outcomes for our organization and our customers Responsible for broader group awareness of what is/is not feasible with CDR ingestion & capitalise and associated timeframes Support the interests of the Open Data team by providing input to advocacy on digital economy policy issues and regulatory changes We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Have a background in information systems, technology or legal with experience working in product, data, technology, consulting and/or regulatory domains Have extensive prior knowledge and understanding of Open Banking Proven track record of performance and delivery with a high degree of integrity and judgement Are curious, adaptable and collaborative Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of commercial acumen Are experienced in stakeholder management and business partnering Strong risk and issues identification and management skills Have experience with interpreting and communicating technical subject matter, particularly technical standards.
