Your New Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you'll take ownership of day‐to‐day maintenance operations, ensuring our plant runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. From rapid breakdown response to shaping long-term asset strategies, you will be the technical expert our teams rely on.
You will undertake a variety of activities including:
* Provide hands-on technical support during breakdowns and complex repairs.
* Conduct and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
* Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and asset information.
* Develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs.
