This boutique, positive and encouraging service is excited to welcome a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to their experienced, committed team. With referrals across the schemes, they welcome your valued, unique expertise in Occupational Rehabilitation. This provider provides full admin support, an Employment Consultant and immense support in your professional growth.
The role:
* Provide a suite of services including case management, vocational counselling, adjustment to injury counselling, vocational assessments and other services in line with complex psychological referrals
* Work across a range of schemes including life insurance, work cover, Comcare and more. Predominantly Government employee contracts
* Liaison with a range of key stakeholders
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with ASORC), Psychology (full or provisional AHPRA registration). Social Workers with Occupational Rehabilitation experience are also welcomed (with AASW)
* Experience working within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is essential – a minimum of one year.
* A driver's license and car
* Excellent communication skills including written communication and rapport building skills
