To find out more, please visit: https://ireach.org.au/ About the Opportunity: iREACH is now seeking a driven, high performing and experienced Centre Manager to effectively manage, drive and lead the clinical services operations of our Murray Bridge centre. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal leadership role is responsible for the overall operational performance, quality, governance and compliance of all clinical and associated services delivered at the centre. This includes mental health, alcohol and other drug programs, focused psychological strategies, and broader health services supporting individuals, families and various groups. You will have an excellent opportunity to lead from the front, setting clear expectations, driving operational excellence, ensuring strong reporting and compliance standards, and building a culture of accountability, professionalism and care. This is a hands on, customer facing role suited to someone who thrives on developing their people, maintains a calm and focused approach, and is passionate about delivering high standards while building trusted relationships across the community. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the clinical services operations of the Murray Bridge centre. Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 (administration and front desk staff), fostering a high performing and accountable culture. Drive operational standards across client service, systems, processes and performance. Oversee and continuously improve the delivery of mental health, alcohol and other drug programs, focused psychological strategies and associated services. Manage government funded programs (including initiatives such as Care Finder), ensuring compliance with contractual, reporting and funding requirements. Preparing and ensuring consistent reporting, data integrity, governance and compliance standards. Monitor budgets, KPIs and funding targets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Identify and pursue alternative funding opportunities and grants to support service sustainability and growth, where possible. Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with clinical service providers, internal teams, sister organisations, community stakeholders and funding providers. Ensuring a welcoming, professional and client centred service environment. To be successful in this role you will have: Qualifications in either Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health or similar is essential. Demonstrated experience managing operations within a health or community services environment would be advantageous. Proven experience as a strong people leader with the ability to set expectations, drive accountability and build a positive, high performing team culture. A calm, disciplined and solutions focused leadership style. Strong knowledge of the Australian health system. Experience managing government funded programs, including reporting, compliance and funding expectations. Highly developed organisational and time management skills. Exceptional relationship building capability with internal teams, community partners and funders. Why join iREACH?
