The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring best practice, compliance, and client safety. They will also facilitate regular supervision, team meetings, and client reviews.
* Leads a team of Mental Health Support Workers.
* Ensures effective day-to-day operations and services are delivered to clients.
* Facilitates collaborative relationships with clinical services, carers, and community supports.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Mental Health, Community Services, or Social Work.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a community mental health or recovery service.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
