This role is ideal for someone who loves leading from the front, hitting targets and building a strong team culture. As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading and motivating your team, and delivering great customer experiences. You'll be comfortable working to KPIs and targets, using results to coach your team and drive performance, while ensuring the store and team are always presented to the highest brand standards.
