Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our newly Commercial team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Administration Supervisor – Support Services, you will lead a small, high-performing administration team while providing professional support to the broader business. You will oversee day-to-day admin operations, executive meetings, visitor coordination and bilingual communication with Group Headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced mining environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Lead and supervise the Support Services Administration team to deliver consistent, high-quality administrative support across the business.
* Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely delivery.
* Coordinate communication across departments and resolve administrative support issues.
* Develop, implement and continuously improve administrative policies, processes and compliance.
* Identify administrative risks and implement practical improvements.
* Organise and support Board, CEO and senior management meetings, including bilingual presentations and minutes.
* Liaise with Group Headquarters and manage task allocation, progress tracking and reporting.
* Represent the business professionally with external agencies and stakeholders.
* Oversee supervision registers, reporting and bilingual documentation.
* Manage external visitor coordination including travel, accommodation, PPE and site access.
* Lead, coach and support the admin team, managing workload and performance.
* Support cost control initiatives and identify efficiencies across administration.
* ABOUT YOU
* 4–6 years' experience in administration or executive support, with at least 2 years in a coordination or supervisory role.
* Experience in a mining or operational environment (highly regarded).
* Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential).
* Qualification in Business Administration, Management or equivalent experience.
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* High level of organisation, problem-solving and multitasking ability.
* Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and professional judgement.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
