The Role
Lead transformative marketing strategies for our Orthopaedic Instruments product group (power tools). In this role, you'll influence product launches, customer engagement, and market growth—making a real impact on improving patient outcomes worldwide.
What You Will Do
* Define and execute product, program, and portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and maintain industry networks to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Author and align key strategic documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch plans.
* Anticipate emerging customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet evolving needs.
* Initiate and lead new product and service offerings based on customer insights and market analysis. Required Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
o Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
o MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
o Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
