Role Overview:
The Family and Community Engagement Lead - Early Years is a key position that focuses on building strong relationships with families and early childhood services at our school. This role aims to support student wellbeing and engagement from Kindergarten to Year 2, promoting diversity and cultural responsiveness.
This role requires a professional who can develop and maintain effective relationships with families and staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with First Nations families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to engage families and the wider community in student learning
* Foster positive relationships with families and staff members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
* Provide information and resources to support families in their child's education
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to promote student wellbeing and engagement
