* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to maintain high service standards
* Drive process improvements and portfolio growth initiatives

The Successful Candidate:
* Proven residential or mixed-use property management experience, preferably with leadership or mentoring responsibilities
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
* Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
* Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
* Ambitious and ready to take on a senior role with strategic responsibility
* Agents Representative Certificate
* Driver's License
