Elevate Learning is an Australia wide tutoring organisation in all subject areas. We offer online and onsite tutoring. From pre-school to university level. Or just for interest subjects ie languages or art subjects. All tutoring roles will be in a convenient location if they are onsite. You can decline any tutoring role if it is unsuitable. We offer one-to-one tutoring sessions and group sessions.
We presently have an urgent tutoring role available for Year 12 Bio, General English and Maths which is based on-site in Doreen in Melbourne.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs.
* Utilize various learning technologies and digital tools to enhance the educational experience.
* Deliver engaging tutoring sessions across diverse subjects, including early childhood education, preschool topics, or adult education programs.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies for students with special education requirements or those needing additional support.
* Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians.
* Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative curriculum materials and share best practices in teaching techniques.
* Support students' social-emotional development by fostering motivation, confidence, and resilience.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in compliance with organizational policies.
* Stay current with educational trends, pedagogical strategies, and advancements in learning technology to continually improve instructional quality.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups and educational settings.
* Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
* Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools.
* Experience working with children, including preschool-aged learners, as well as adult education environments.
* Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations for diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional methods based on individual student requirements.
* Early childhood education or preschool experience is highly desirable.
* Childcare experience is a plus for roles involving young learners.
* Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that supports learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
