Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our friendly team here at the Gladstone branch.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A successful track record of identifying opportunities and developing new business.
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships within large private and public sector organisations.
- Exposure to Relationship Management of Internal & External Business Partners.
- Proven Sales Management and achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence in a range of situations.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Microsoft Server technology.
- Sound knowledge of industry practices and changes.
- Build upon existing clients, create new clients and achieve quarterly budgets.
- Experience with tender processes including the analysis of financial and operational performance reports.
