In this role, you’ll need to:
- Apply the required selling techniques at every customer interaction to deliver service that is consistent with the Commonry service standards.
- Build customer relationships and secure repeat business.
- Deliver and maintain VM brand standards.
- Ensure housekeeping of the store and merchandised reserve/stock follows company standards and management directives.
- Maintain excellent stock administration standards in store.

- Has previous fashion retail experience.
- Is passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions.
- Has a can‑do, positive attitude to all areas of work.
- Is a friendly, enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships.
- Confident to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Is well‑presented and has an eye for style.
