**Our Client**
Based on the NSW Central Coast, our client is a premium provider of strata services. Independently owned with a focus on tailored / personalised service, they have a variety of Residential Commercial, Community and Company Title schemes.
**Duties**
With the Director looking to reduce their time at the business, you will be handed over parts of their portfolio as you feel comfortable. This role will see you undertaking a wide array of tasks, including the following:
- Assist with / and then taking over the management of 80 schemes
- Prepare all necessary documentation (agendas, minutes etc)
- Respond to queries and written communications
- Liaise with Owners Committees, and a variety of stakeholders
- Action items from meetings and gain quotes
- Chase up levy arrears and renew insurances
**Specific requirements**
Our client is ideally seeking an Assistant looking to become a Strata Manager, but will consider anyone strata experience
- Live locally preferred
- Current Strata Certificate or License
- Strong admin capabilities
- Car & driver's license
