We are seeking a dedicated APS 5 Level Program Support Officer to join our client's dynamic team, contributing to impactful projects that make a difference. As a Program Support Officer, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team, providing technical expertise across various programs.

**About You**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Experience within disability, health, or aged care sectors.
- A background enriched with Case Management experience would be highly regarded.

Please note that you do need to be an **Australian Citizen** for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering technical insights to enhance systems, people performance, financial management, and more.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and processes aligned with legislation and policies.
- Coordinating and analysing data for high-level internal and external communications.
- Staying up-to-date with statutory, regulatory, and policy frameworks for innovative problem-solving.
- Contributing to workforce planning, audits, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
