About the Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Areas We Service
We service a wide area across the Riverina and into the Snowy Mountains, including but not limited to - Wagga Wagga,Uranquinty, The Rock, Junee, Cootamundra, Temora, Narrandera, Leeton, Lockhart, Tumut, Adelong, Batlow, Gundagai, Tumbarumba.
Responsibilities
* Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
* Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
* Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Skills & Experience
* You must be passionate about making a difference.
* A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
* Coachable.
* Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
* Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset!
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
* Reliable way to get to and from the clients homes.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Minimum Cert III in eitherAged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
* Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain before commencing)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion (or willing to obtain before commencing)
* NDIS Worker Screener Clearance (or willing to obtain before commencing)
* NSW Driver's License (P1/P2 accepted) and reliable car
* You must be willing to undertake and complete our mandatory internal e-learning and competency programs prior to commencement in the timeframe allocated to you.
* You must be confident in detecting and reporting any concerns to your Care Designer (Clinical Manager).
* You must be willing to think outside the box and find those gems that will make your clients life better.
