We're seeking experienced, compassionate Support Workers to provide person-centred support for clients with behavioural support needs and intellectual disability. This role is more than just support—it's about building trust, maintaining consistency, and making a genuine difference in everyday life.
You will support participants with:
* Daily living tasks and personal care
* Community access and meaningful social activities
* Transport to appointments and outings
* Positive behaviour support and emotional regulation
* Building confidence, independence, and life skills
* Being a calm, reliable, and trusted presence
What You'll Need
To join our team, you must have:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
* Experience supporting clients with behavioural challenges and intellectual disability
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Availability for both short and long shifts
* A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Female support workers are preferred for this role.
