Clinical Nurse Educator ICU
Part Time (0.4 FTE), Fixed Term March 2027
The Role:
The Clinical Nurse Educator Critical Care (ICU) is a clinical leadership position, responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating education opportunities to advance the professional development of the nursing team. This hands-on position supports learners along the continuum and in all areas of the Intensive Care Unit.
A member of the Clinical Learning and Development team, the Clinical Nurse Educator Critical Care (ICU) is integral to workforce development at Mildura Base Public Hospital, and you will also have the opportunity to contribute to, and be involved in, organisation wide educational programs.
To be successful at this role, you will have:
* Registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse without conditions
* Current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or willingness to complete within 12 months
* Demonstrated skills and experience in the supervision, mentoring and performance development of staff in an acute care clinical setting
* Post graduate qualification in relevant speciality
This position is remunerated at an Educator (RN35) under the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
