With partners like American Express, BPAY, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Virgin Australia Business Flyer, we're on a mission to make bill payments simple, secure, and seamless.
With our growing success, we're expanding our Customer Service team and need someone exceptional to join us at our vibrant South Brisbane office.
About the Role

Here's what you'll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries (live chat, phone, and email)
* Provide professional and empathetic solutions to a wide range of customer needs
* Maintain accurate customer records and reporting data
* Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams
* Build and nurture positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
* Conduct call campaigns to current and prospective customers
* Support the continuous improvement of business performance by following and suggesting new procedures
