With some of the finest vehicle brands in the world, we cover all aspects of vehicle ownership.Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is now looking for a Network Administrator to join the National IT team.PositionFull Time — Location: QLD — Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 a yearAbout the positionReceive escalated incidents, requests, tasks, and problems and action appropriately.Assist with resolving known errors and defined issues.Communicate with stakeholders on progress of problem resolution and projects.Maintain and update core systems including security updates, patches, and fixes as required as well as per regular patching schedule.Systems include: Cisco, HP Aruba, Meraki, Palo Alto, Cisco WebEx, & MS TeamsEnsure all systems are monitored, healthy and up to date.Ensure resolution SLA\'s are maintainedProactively look for efficiencies with processes and automated tasksProvide recommendations on current technologies.About youIT qualification from tertiary institution or vendorIndustry certification (CCNA, etc)IT Network admin backgroundDesirable: Unified Communications and Telephony experienceHigh degree of accuracy and data management skillsExemplary telephony and written communication skillsProject management experienceMinimum three years' experience in a similar roleBenefitsCommitment to development and mentoring from your team!
