Our Meat Department team is a high-performing unit of professionals who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality in our meat department.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain safety and quality standards while supporting a large team of qualified Butchers.
* Deliver superior member service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Inspect and assemble equipment during department setup to ensure it is functioning properly.
* Work with the display case team to rotate merchandise to high standards and create visually appealing displays.
* Process large quantities of product using automatic wrapping machines.
* Follow all safety procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) for proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment.
* Clean and sanitize area throughout the day; perform duties to comply with health code.
