What your day will look like….
In this role, you'll perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate client care outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You'll establish therapeutic partnerships with families, deliver health promotion activities, and act as a role model within the team. Your day will involve advanced clinical judgement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making to ensure the best health outcomes for children and their families. You'll also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and support a positive practice environment.
