Our client is a Large Government organisation seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join their team in Canberra, ACT.
Role Summary The Administrative Support Officer will provide administrative, event coordination, reporting, and communications support to the Communications & Engagement team. The role will assist with stakeholder engagement activities, digital content updates, reporting, and general team support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain stakeholder records, digital platforms, and key message registers
* Assist with coordinating events, exhibitions, presentations, and engagement activities
* Provide administrative support including inbox management, reporting, and data entry tasks
Selection Criteria:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience using digital communications platforms and/or CRM systems
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment
